Description : 1) Generate clients in the domains of Logistics, Engineering, IT, BPO, Health care, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Electrical & Electronics. 2) New Business Development & Managing Existing Clients 3) MOU/LOUs Signing. 4) Negotiation of Terms and conditions with Clients 5) Revenue generates from placement and sourcing. 6) Client Meeting 7) Corporate Calls 8) Conduct preliminary research on the major players in the respective sectors 9) Directly meeting corporate customer. 10) Dealt with various sub functions of marketing such as customer interaction, networking, getting permission for connectivity etc, 11) Providing training and induction to new joiners in the team. 12) Leading a team of people and co-coordinating activities. 13) Coordinating with IT & Non-IT Team checking the pending feedback with existing and new clients. 14) Identifying new placement opportunities and maintain new tie-ups.. 15) Maintain frequent relationship and feedback from Clients. 16) Coordination of Government projects (PMKK and DDUGKY) and B2B. 17) Co-ordinate with the students as per their interview schedule.. 18) Post Placement student follow-up and mentoring.
